Why is the Zephyr Way important to St. Mary Catholic Schools?
Living The Zephyr Way is how we translate our Core Values and Mission into daily actions to directly impact the academic success and culture of our school. The Zephyr Way means being respectful, responsible, kind, joyful, and believing. These five traits are the foundation of how we interact, lead, learn, and grow together.

The Zephyr Way captures everything we are and everything we aspire to be. We recognize it is a privilege to be apart of the St. Mary Catholic School community and we have certain obligations that we must fulfill as part of that participation. Each member of our school community plays a vital role in upholding our shared mission and values. All departments - Athletics, Advancement, Admissions, Academics, Business, IT, Facilities - conduct daily business and make decisions within the framework of The Zephyr Way. Who we hire to teach, coach, and support our students must demonstrate intrinsically these traits and commitments. Parent participation must align with The Zephyr Way as well. Student behavior by extension is modeled upon these ideals. The Zephyr Way is only achievable if students, teachers, and families come together and commit ourselves to being the best.
