Applying to SMCS

Visit

Upon completing our Inquiry Form, our Enrollment Coordinator will contact you regarding availability for touring any of our five campuses. Tours are available Monday through Friday during regular school hours.

Application

Once you have visited our beautiful facilities, our Enrollment Coordinator will send an Invitation to Apply via email. Contained within the email you will find a link for online application submission, as well as all relevant application deadlines. Additionally, next steps will be included for assessment and information regarding transcript requests.

Assessment

Assessments are scheduled with school representatives based on which grade level you are applying for. Using the contact information provided to you from our Enrollment Coordinator, simply choose a date and time that works best with your students' schedule for the in-person assessment.

Enrollment

Welcome to SMCS! Upon completion of the application process, you will receive an email from the Diocese of Green Bay - PowerSchool guiding you through the final steps required for completion the enrollment process and creating your PowerSchool account for your student(s).
